A 21 Acre township, Jidnyasa Co-operative Housing Society is situated at Kalyan-Shil Road. With a foresight of housing for retirement, a group of individuals had purchased land back in 1980s, which has been designed with phase-development; constituting row-houses, residential buildings of seven and fourteen storeys having amenities like school and hospital. Multiple tenement-prototypes have been explored in the project bearing in mind individual needs of the society members, yet provided harmony of cluster development. Bearing in mind the current demand for quality housing in the sector, the last phase is designed with towers exceeding eighteen storeys with spacious apartments.
