A linear, fragmented plot with minimal road frontage is the primary constrains of Blue Star Residency. The complex includes five seven storey residential buildings, one of them bearing commercial at ground and two residential buildings of seventeen storey. Bearing the site typology in mind, the garden spaces are subdivided for direct personal access which in turn binds the complex together.
