Samruddhi Residency located on Diva-Shil Road is developed in phases. The first phase includes four seven storey residential buildings, two of which include commercial at the ground. The amenities includes club for indoor games. The second phase constitutes of a separate six storey commercial building with two residential buildings, one of them being a tower. The design is evolved to provide maximum green spaces in the project.
