Maitri Residency constitutes of two twelve storey residential buildings with two ground storey commercial structures. Irregular shaped plot with a bottleneck entry have been treated carefully adding frontal garden to create a warm avenue. Another private garden space at the plot end provides play area for the children. The towers are extrovert; have been designed such that they provide maximum light, ventilation and view thus providing relief from the narrow, congested site conditions. The building façade is treated with one-of-its-kind elevation features which are practical and cost-effective.
